The participants include Sirisak Tirawattanangkul, Board Chairman; Siriwat Vongjarukorn, Chief Executive Officer; Thanakorn Charlee; Chief Operating Officer and Board of Directors. The meeting was held at the company\u2019s meeting room on the 23rd Floor of SJ Infinite One Business Complex building.<\/p>\n<div dir=\"auto\">The summary of performance results of 2021 reported in the Annual General Meeting 2022 are as follows:<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">Business Performance Results: MFEC\u2019s growth achieved the goal at 15%<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">Key Performance Results: 1.2 billion Baht increased in Backlog<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">Corporate Governance: High evaluation score at 98 (excellent) was received from SET<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">Anti-Corruption Policy: MFEC was certified as a member of Private Sector Collective Action against Corruption (CAC) and consistently follows Anti-Corruption Policy<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">\u00a0<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">MFEC Public Company Limited intends to work towards the goal of 15% increase in sales per year and double the company\u2019s growth every 5 years through the potential of TIS Inc. as the major shareholder.
