MINE\u200b The Ownership MINE\u200b The Ownership:\u200b <\/strong>A course extending thoughts on self-development and driving perspectives on work success through game-based learning activities, especially for new employees.\u200b\u202f Conducted 11 training sessions with 187 employees participating.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. OPEN\u200b for Better\u202fCommunication: <\/strong>Communication is the first door connecting people through understanding the importance and techniques to increase efficiency and reduce conflicts, learned through workshops or discussions.\u202f Conducted 6 training sessions with 100 employees participating.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. MBTI\u200b Myers \u200bBriggs \u200b\u200bType \u200bIndicator: <\/strong>A course introducing psychological personality assessment tools to understand individual differences, leading to approaches for working and coexisting.\u202f Conducted 8 training sessions with 82 employees participating.<\/li>\n\n\n\n

MOTIVATION\u200b The art of\u202f\u200bMoving your Potential:<\/strong> From small insights into behavior backgrounds, to unleashing the potential of those around you with the science of motivational psychology.
