MFEC Divests Digital Delivery Business Unit to Bluebik Group in Mutually Beneficial Transaction

MFEC Public Company Limited (MFEC) has entered into a definitive agreement to divest its Digital Delivery business unit, encompassing the company’s Custom Software Development services, to Bluebik Group Public Company Limited (Bluebik). This strategic transaction is structured to be a win-win situation for both parties. The proceeds from the divestment will allow MFEC to solidify its core business operations and strategically invest in initiatives that drive sustainable growth and innovation.

To ensure a seamless transition, MFEC has established Vulcan Digital Delivery Company Limited (“VDD”). VDD will continue to service existing customers, retaining the same management team and personnel. This strategic move positions VDD to capitalize on future growth opportunities by expanding its service portfolio to include consulting services and other new business lines. The formation of VDD is anticipated to be finalized by March 2023, at which point Bluebik will assume full ownership of the company.

“While we operate within the same industry, competition is not necessarily the only path forward,” commented Mr. Siriwat Wongjaruk, Chief Executive Officer of MFEC Public Company Limited. “We believe a collaborative partnership leverages the strengths of both organizations, enabling us to collectively expand our reach and capabilities within the global marketplace.”
