According to the Persons with Disabilities Empowerment Act B.E. 2550 (2007), Section 33, which requires employers to hire persons with disabilities at a ratio of 1 per 100 employees and hire persons with disabilities as contracted service providers under Section 35, the company hired a total of 13 persons with disabilities. This demonstrates the intention to promote equality, fairness, and non-discrimination, as well as encouraging participation of persons with disabilities in society, providing access to employment opportunities, utilizing their potential, and enabling self-reliance.
