MFEC Public Company Limited (MFEC) convened its 1/2563 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders to apprise its shareholders of the company’s operational performance and financial outcomes for the year.
Chaired by Mr. Sirisak Thirawattanangkul, Chairman of the Board of Directors, the meeting was attended by Mr. Siriwat Wongcharuk, President and CEO, Mr. Thanakorn Charlee, President of Operations, and members of the Board of Directors. To mitigate the risk of COVID-19 transmission, the meeting was conducted electronically (E-Meeting) from the company’s meeting room situated on the 21st floor of Lao Peng Nguan Tower, 333 Vibhavadi Rangsit Road, Chompol Subdistrict, Chatuchak District, Bangkok.
