MFEC Public Company Limited (MFEC) has received a perfect score of 100 points in the 2022 Annual General Meeting Quality Assessment conducted by the Thai Investor Relations Association (TIRA). TIRA was entrusted by the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) to carry out the evaluation of the quality of annual general meetings held in 2022.

The 1st Annual General Meeting of 2022 was held electronically (E-Meeting), marking the third consecutive year of using this format due to the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic. Leveraging MFEC’s expertise and technology, the team elevated the meeting standards to align with the New Normal, adhering to best practices and governance principles. By prioritizing continuous corporate governance development, the team successfully achieved the objectives of the annual general meeting.
