The company has continuously raised employee awareness about the importance of personal data. All employees have been instructed to add a disclaimer to the end of emails to ensure the company has measures to prevent any attached data, which may be personal data, from being copied or disclosed without the company’s written consent. A cybersecurity manual has also been provided for all employees to study and properly practice. An annual cybersecurity knowledge test is administered to employees.
