The project aims to encourage employees within the organization to share knowledge and work experiences with each other, focusing on the necessary skills and experiences for work, such as technology skills, business skills, soft skills, or other areas of expertise. The goal is to foster a learning culture within the organization. Activities include expert lectures, workshops, employee experience sharing sessions, and interactive learning exchanges. This will allow employees to learn new skills and experiences, develop their work capabilities, and build a collaborative network (Network Organization) within the company.
Performance: 752 employees participated in the Shift with Your Friend (Internal Knowledge Sharing) project.
