Sustainable development in today’s world goes beyond promoting economic growth, minimizing environmental impact, and addressing societal concerns, it also highlights the significance of employees within organizations. Employee happiness is a key driver of effective Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) initiatives. When employees are happy, they are energized, committed, and motivated to enhance both their own skills and the organization as a whole, ultimately resulting in the production of high-quality work.
MFEC has established a Welfare Committee dedicated to discussing and gathering feedback from employees. This committee provides consultations to allocate benefits that are suitable for employees at all levels, considering comprehensive support that aligns with the evolving work environment. Additionally, the committee prioritizes safety, occupational health, and overall working conditions. Continuous training sessions on safety regulations and guidelines are conducted, while channels for employee feedback and suggestions are made available through Employee Engagement Surveys. These surveys assess employee engagement in relation to organizational goals and culture. The results empower the organization to retain valuable employees and cultivate a work environment where employees feel a sense of ownership and motivation to perform at their best, ultimately fostering ongoing success and sustainability.
