เปิดโอกาสให้พนักงานภายในองค์กรได้มีส่วนร่วมในการสรรหาบุคลากรด้วยการชวนเพื่อนเข้ามาทำงานโดยการเผยแพร่วัฒนธรรมองค์กร และสร้างแรงบันดาลใจในการสรรหาคนที่อยากผลักดันศักยภาพอันไร้ขีดจำกัดของตนเอง โดยมีการสนับสนุนการมีส่วนร่วมจากพนักงานอย่างต่อเนื่อง  ผลการดำเนินงาน: พนักงานใหม่ที่เข้ามาจากโครงการ จำนวน 60 คน
