The project aims to develop internal trainers within the company to advance their career paths as instructors to impart experiences, knowledge, and skills. The internal trainers will receive in-depth soft skills development through training in essential skills, including communication skills and instructional skills. 

Performance: 7 employees participated in the Internal Trainer project. An average satisfaction score of 8.10 for courses delivered by internal trainers.
